Terms and Conditions (2021-04-28)
1) All sales are final. It is not possible to cancel an order or get a refund.
2) All silicone molds, clay and resin products are handmade and may contain small flaws. Small flaws do not effect the functionality of the product unless otherwise stated. Please note that all measurements are metric. The ruler you see in the pictures shows cm and mm. To convert centimeters to inches, multiply the centimeter value by 0.3937007874 or divide the inch value by 2.54
3) B* GRADE Molds refer to molds that contain small flaws that affect your casting. Most flaws are fixed with doming or extra steps when casting. All B* GRADE Molds will be indicated and discounted accordingly.
4) Colors and sizes can have small differences from image shown and color can vary due to monitor configuration.
5) Prices do not include shipping. No sales tax levied according to German VAT law §19 paragraph 1.
6) Everything is safely packaged and cushioned in packing peanuts and/ or tissue. I am not responsible for any lost/ damaged packages. I am sorry, but that is simply out of my hands. It is not my responsibility to replace missing or lost packages. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please send me a message prior to shipment.
7) If your product becomes damaged after use, I am not responsible for any replacement products. Products do not come with any warranty.
8) Please double check your address. I am not responsible for missing or delayed packages due to an incorrect address. Please contact me to make changes to your address before your item ships.
9) Shipping and handling times depend on the chosen shipping methods. All shipping methods are tracked. National (within Germany): Depending on the size/ weight of your order I will freely change the shipping method. It will always be the cheapest TRACKED option and will come at NO additional costs on your side. Please refer to the "Payment/ Shipping" section for further information.
10) International Shipping: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
